Returns

At Quicksilver Farm we stand 100% behind our products. We work hard to ensure that our quality is the best available in the marketplace and our customers agree that this difference is something your animals will experience.

Our greatest desire is our customer's full satisfaction with the products we provide. All our products offer a trial size version. If you have not tried CBD before on your farm animals, we encourage you to try one of these sample sizes, which can be refunded at any time if not satisfied. 

For our non-trial size products, our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If for any reason, the non-trial size products you ordered don’t meet your expectations, please feel free to notify us and send them back to us, and we will happily give you the opportunity to exchange them for another product or receive a full refund within 15 days of delivery.

Once we receive the returned product(s) a refund will be issued to your original form of payment and an email will notify you of that transaction.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gift cards

Gift cards are exempt from our return policy and cannot be refunded.

Sale items 


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1816 Charity Church Road, Huger SC 29450, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
